Family Stay Tsukuba Room

i wasnt able to check in early but the email response from the team was prompt and clear. i have no troubles getting to the location and to my room. location is quiet and good, very conducive for resting up, 10mins walk from Midorino train station. parking lots are easily available with a petrol kiosk just directly opposite. taxis are easy to book via "GO" app overall will stay again. a very nice place away from busy tokyo

This place is a completely no frills self service Motel. No front desk, only on line check in with key code given to access room. Room size is big and very clean, with a mini fridge and a microwave oven. Twin beds are comfortable. Laundry room is clean with two washers and two dryers.

Very clean and comfortable staying. You can access to the room anytime of the day without any time spent with front desk;

The room size and cleanliness were excellent.
